Our objective is to provide unique quality care in the comfort of home, by assuring that all home care needs are identified and coordinated, through communication, respect and cooperation. Also, employing a unique team of qualified and motivated staff, committed to act with honesty and integrity.

          * Our Staff

At Unique Home Care, we employ only qualified staff. All caregivers are highly qualified and experienced in home health care. Each caregiver is appropriately licensed and/or certified by the State of New Jersey, for their position, as applicable. Caregivers are fully insured and bonded. Extensive pre-employment background checks are conducted regularly to verify that all certification and education is up to date and require every staff member to obtain 12 hours of continuing education credits each year, where applicable. Our screening process consists of an interview, reference checks, criminal background check, a pre-employment competency test, and a validation of the nursing license.

          * Quality of Care

Quality of care is of utmost importance to Unique Home Care Agency, Inc. In order to accomplish this, we regularly conduct client satisfaction surveys and supervisory visits.
