The Personnel Attendance Tracking via Telephone and Internet is an automated telephone service offered exclusively by The Phone Works. It's an automated job log-in service which Unique Home Care Agency, Inc. uses to provide more quality care for its clients (patients). The PATTI Service System provides location tracking and time worked verification, which has proven to be very beneficial to our agency. When arriving at a job site (home, assisted living facility, etc.), using the phone at that site, our caregiver places a toll-free login call into PATTI. When leaving a job site, our caregiver places a logout call using the same phone at that site. This will ensure our clients (patients) that a caregiver will be present to provide services.
