Home health care, is a health service provider for a client ( the patient ), wherever they call home.

Clients benefit from receiving home health care services in their primary residence to assist their medical, nursing, and social needs. A personalized Plan of Care will be developed for each of our clients. Services are flexible and offered according to the needs of the client. The services can range from:

• Accompanying client on walks

• Help in reducing risk of slips or falls

Home health care is covered by Medicare (Either Part A or B), Medicaid and most private insurances. You may also elect to pay "out of pocket" for services if you don't meet the admitting criteria set by your care provider and /or prefer services not covered by your provider.

Generally, your primary care physician will prescribe a Doctor's order to receive home health care services. A licensed nurse from the home health agency, the doctor, the client patient, and the agency, will determine what services are essential.

On another note, not all services provided, need a Doctor's order. Anyone can select to have assistance that is non-medical such as a Companion, or nursing assistant for respite care, at anytime. Simply call the agency for further information.
